Kansas Concealed and Carry Hopes to be Expanded on House Vote

On HB 2042, Rep. Brenda Landwehr carried an amendment which was adopted 82-42. The amendment lowers concealed-carry age to 18, but those under 21 have to undergo training and licensing. The House is now back on the amended bill.
